If you have received an invoice
A collection invoice is a request to pay an unpaid debt. Settling it promptly — or agreeing a plan with us — helps you avoid further costs and a payment default entry.

Please use the reference number when making a payment so that the amount is recorded against the correct invoice.

Collection of unpaid receivables
If your business has unpaid invoices, we can take over collection in accordance with Finnish law and good collection practice.
Lawful collection
We collect under the Collection of Receivables Act, with a valid collection licence from the Regional State Administrative Agency.
Clear communication
Debtors can reach us by phone or email during office hours, and we discuss payment arrangements where possible.
